Street festival coming up on March 14th (this Saturday) that will take place on Hillsborough Street.  It is a family event that focuses on green technologies, arts and music.  There will be bands, food, a fashion show, a cook off, and plenty of activities for the kids.

The event is free, but you can pre-purchase BBQ tickets (and save $2) before the event and try 15 different BBQs and 5 different types of pie.

Donations are accepted as well and go to support the event and several student organizations within NC State including Engineers Without Borders and Soles4Souls.
